  • How do I pay for my purchase?
    While we currently only accept payment through online banking, we are trying our best to establish more payment options including Credit / Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard) in the future.
  • Does ED SHOP IPOH provide Cash On Delivery (COD) service?
    We accept COD service within IPOH AREA ONLY.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your placed order for any reasons, please contact us immediately at +6011 5883 4649. We will process your order cancellation within 5 working days. Do inform us your order number and we will do everything we can to accommodate to your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process/ transit to reach you. ED SHOP IPOH reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper affiliated authorities/ department in charged for further investigations.
  • How much is shipping & handling?
    West Malaysia: RM10 flat rate East Malaysia: RM30 for first 3kg.
  • Can I purchase items for delivery outside of Malaysia?
    For orders outside Malaysia, please contact us on Whatsapp at +601158834649 and our personal shoppers will assist you for the order.
  • What is the delivery time?
    West Malaysia: 2-5 working days East Malaysia: 5-12 working days *please note that the delivery time commences from the day the payment is made.
  • What is your return policy?
    At ED SHOP IPOH, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. Items are NOT refundable, but exchangeable. Learn more about our Shipping and Returns.
  • How do I use my voucher code?
